Simon Ball MSc is a professional with a passion for delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) through the management of distributed teams.
With a focus on fostering positive cultural change within organizations, Simon excels in software design, architecture, business analysis, and project management.
In his recent roles from 2019 onwards, Simon has been actively involved in IT Service Delivery, SaaS Development & Implementation, Project Management, serving as a Scrum Master, Team Leading, and excelling in QlikSense/View Script Development & Administration.
His expertise extends to ETL/BI Architecture and the successful implementation of BI Help-desk solutions.
In his earlier tenure from 2018 to 2019, Simon held the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) where he effectively managed Network, Infrastructure, Support Desk, BI Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and Risk Managers.
Simon Ball MSc pursued his education at Wyggeston Queen Elizabeth 1st 6th Form College and further enhanced his skills by studying Qlik Data Architect and QlikSense at Qonnections.
He also holds a Master of Science degree with Distinction in Information Systems Management from De Montfort University.
