Rotem Kazir

Rotem Kazir is a seasoned Human Resources executive with almost 15 years of experience specializing in startup growth. Kazir has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and executive teams build successful companies for scale. With his never-ending curiosity and enthusiasm around people and technology, he works with early to growth stage startups, mentoring CEOs and executives, challenging and improving HR best practices, and developing a business-oriented, strategic mindset. Kazir has served as an HR mentor for technology accelerators, such as The Hive and AKT Labs, and acted as an adviser to HR Tech startups. He has also founded the OpenHR professional forum in 2009, established to create a place for HR professionals to consult and interact. Kazir has shared his people-management philosophy and experience by speaking at various conferences and lecturing for the Israeli Society of Human Resources Management and others. He holds an MBA in Management & Organizational Behavior from Bar-Ilan University and a BSc in Psychology & Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
