Ross Carbone

Ross Carbone is a highly educated attorney with a commitment to providing top-notch legal counsel to organizations in a variety of sectors. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Rutgers Law School and earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Business Administration, Politics, and Economics from Middlebury College.

With a depth of experience in corporate transactions and mergers, Mr. Carbone has worked as Counsel for Transactions, Mergers, and Acquisitions at BD, a global medical technology company, and as an Associate at McCarter & English LLP and DLA Piper. Currently, he is Counsel at Tabula Rasa Healthcare, a leading provider of technology-enabled clinical solutions.
