Rose Martin

Rose Martin is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in strategy, leadership development, and creating healthy workplaces.

With experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors, Rose has worked with prominent organizations such as Twitter, Bridgespan Group, The Wonderful Company, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative.

She holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Emory University.

Currently, Rose serves as the Sr Manager of Leadership Development & Healthy Workplace at Twitter, where she is actively involved in promoting organizational growth and positive work environments.

Her previous roles include Lead Learning Consultant, Manager of Leadership Development, and Senior Program Manager at Twitter, where she exhibited her expertise in driving learning initiatives and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

During her tenure at Bridgespan Group, Rose demonstrated her commitment to social impact by supporting nonprofit and philanthropic clients in various strategic projects aimed at improving social mobility and effective governance.

Prior to her time at Bridgespan, she sharpened her strategic skills at The Wonderful Company, focusing on brand strategy and market development for renowned brands like FIJI Water and POM Wonderful.

Rose's passion for global health led her to work as a Program Strategy Officer at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where she played a pivotal role in increasing access to essential medicines for children in developing nations.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Rose is deeply invested in issues related to K-12 and postsecondary education, poverty alleviation, and promoting racial & gender equity.

She is also enthusiastic about organizational development and enjoys exploring the dynamics that drive individuals and communities.

Outside of work, Rose engages in discussions on start-ups, fantasy football, and the pursuit of the perfect cappuccino.
