Rosalinda Olague

Rosalinda Olague, known as Rose Olague, has a rich and diverse professional background in the dental industry, currently serving as the Director of School Relations and Dental Assistant Programs at Pacific Dental Services.

Rose's journey in the dental field began in 2008 when she joined Pacific Dental Services as an extern dental assistant, later becoming a registered dental assistant.

With her dedication and expertise, Rose progressed to roles such as the lead registered dental assistant at Monet Dental Group and eventually transitioning to managerial positions within Pacific Dental Services.

In 2015, Rose stepped into the role of regional back office manager for PDS South Inland Empire and San Diego regions, showcasing her exceptional leadership skills.

Apart from her hands-on experience, Rose pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from La Sierra University in 2016.

Rose's commitment to professional development continued as she completed her Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Redlands.

Driven by a passion for learning and growth, Rose furthered her education by studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership at La Sierra University.

Throughout her career, Rose Olague held various key positions at Pacific Dental Services, demonstrating her strategic acumen and industry knowledge.

Her dedication and contributions have been recognized by PDS, evident from receiving the prestigious 2018 XP Platinum Award for her exceptional performance and commitment to patient care.

In addition to her professional roles, Rose actively engages in the dental community by serving as an advisory board member for the Pacific Dental Services Foundation, contributing her expertise to benefit others in the field.

Rose's vast experience includes roles such as Sr. Manager for Dental Assistant Strategy and University Relations, Vice President at the Dental Board of California, and Senior Specialist in Dental Assistant National Strategy and School Relations at Pacific Dental Services.

Currently, Rose focuses on overseeing school relations and dental assistant programs at Pacific Dental Services while pursuing her PhD, aligning her academic pursuits with her passion for leadership and organizational development.
