Rosa Rolo

Rosa Rolo is a dynamic business professional who is passionate about people, diversity, and business transformation. She studied Communication in Media and Popular Music at the University of Liverpool, where she earned a 2.1 Hons. degree. She started her career as a Student Support Officer at Bradford University and later became a Recruitment Consultant at Office Angels, where she held several positions, including Candidate Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Principal Recruitment Consultant. In 2009, she joined Major Players as a Recruiter, and since then, she has held various positions within the company, such as Manager - Account Handling, Associate Director, Director, and currently, Commercial Director - Major Partners. Rolo is known for the transformational work that she has done at Major Players, helping to take the firm from 40 to 100 staff, which is a significant achievement. Her remit is service and client-focused, focusing on refining Major Players' talent solutions for the future while working closely with the Managing Director, Jo. Rolo provides strategic thinking, coaching, and indepth market knowledge to stakeholders both internally and externally. She has also defined and led Major Partners, a talent partner offering that gives clients access to the company's expertise, insights, and 400,000 candidate database while having one of our consultants on site dedicated to one specific company.
