Rosa Antonia Carrillo, MSOD, is a renowned leadership and culture expert specializing in environment safety and health.

With a focus on relationship building, she launched Master Classes in partnership with Art of Work in 2020, inspired by her book 'The Relationship Factor in Safety Leadership' published by Routledge.

Her insights on relationship-centered leadership, safety culture, and open communication have captivated leaders worldwide, earning her recognition as the Wigglesworth Memorial Lecturer by the Safety Institute of Australia in 2015.

As the president of Carrillo & Associates, Inc., Rosa offers expert services in employee engagement, leadership development, and coaching to companies striving for excellence in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) while driving business performance.
