Ronnie's specialties are people management, project management, business-oriented financial understanding, supplier analyses, and contract negotiations. He has experience with restructuring, down-sizing, growth, relocation, mergers, demergers, and acquisitions, and is a change management expert, challenging why people work as they do and enabling employees to drive changes towards more efficient routines.
