Ronnie's educational background includes a DDS in Dentistry from Loyola Dental School and a BA in Sociology and Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Prior to leading POPPIE'S DOUGH OF ILLINOIS, INC., Ronnie also worked as a Food Photographer and owned Ronnie Himmel DDS & Associates.
