Director
Dr. Edgar Radjabli is the Director of the Healthcare Scholarship Foundation, an organization aimed at supporting future healthcare professionals through scholarships. He has a background in medicine, having graduated from the University of Virginia, and has been involved in various initiatives to promote education in the healthcare sector.34
However, Dr. Radjabli's career has been marred by significant legal controversies. He was previously associated with Loan Doctor, a financial services company that faced severe allegations from both the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The CFPB accused Loan Doctor and Radjabli of misleading consumers regarding high-yield savings accounts, falsely claiming that deposited funds would be used to originate loans for healthcare professionals. Instead, these funds were allegedly mismanaged and invested in high-risk ventures.12
In June 2021, the SEC charged Radjabli with multiple counts of securities fraud related to his activities with Loan Doctor and another firm he controlled, Apis Capital Management. The allegations included misrepresenting how investor funds would be utilized and manipulating stock prices for personal gain. As part of a settlement, Radjabli agreed to pay substantial monetary penalties and is barred from participating in the securities industry.23
Despite these challenges, Radjabli continues to hold a leadership position within the Healthcare Scholarship Foundation, where he focuses on fostering educational opportunities for aspiring healthcare workers.34
