Throughout her career, Ronda has held key leadership roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the American Red Cross of Southern Maine within the American Red Cross of Northern New England, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her position.

Prior to her current role, Ronda has made significant contributions in her previous roles at The Salvation Army, where she served as the Executive Director, Director of Operations, and Corps Officer.
