Romina Uceda

Romina Uceda is a professional with a diverse background in Digital Transformation, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, IT, and Supply Chain Management.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Brigham Young University and studied Ingenieria Industrial at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.

Currently, Romina Uceda serves as the Associate Director of Digital & CX in the Global Digital Transformation team at Kohler Co., specializing in the Kitchen and Bath Group.

Previously, she held various roles at Kohler Co., including Senior Manager of Digital & CX, Senior Manager of Digital in Global Marketing & Communications, Digital Manager, and Kitchen & Bath Digital Program Manager in Corporate Communications.

Before her tenure at Kohler Co., Romina Uceda worked at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served in IT and Project Management roles such as IT Agile Project Manager, IT Portfolio Business Manager, IT Portfolio Analyst, IT Project Coordinator, and Systems Analyst.

With her extensive experience across different industries and functions, Romina Uceda brings a wealth of expertise in driving digital initiatives, enhancing customer experience, managing projects, and optimizing supply chain processes.

Her educational background coupled with her professional journey showcases a strong foundation in both arts and industrial engineering, enabling her to excel in varied leadership positions and deliver impactful results.
