Romeen Sheth

Romeen Sheth is the President and CEO of Metasys Technologies, Inc., a workforce management advisory firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is responsible for helping customers with talent and procurement operations and has been recognized for leading an 8-figure revenue bootstrapped business.134 Before his current role, Romeen worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in strategic transformation and organizational design, and led Business Operations & Strategy at Ravel, a startup acquired by LexisNexis.3

In addition to his role at Metasys, Romeen Sheth is an Affiliated Fellow at Harvard Law School's Center on the Legal Profession and an investor in several companies, including Chargeback, Noetica AI, and Wander.12 He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.1
