Kristin Chen

Kristen Scully is an experienced business leader who has worked with Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. She studied for her MBA at the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business, and her BS at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After a career as an HR professional, she eventually made her way to Pinterest, where she served as the Chief of Staff to Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, as well as the Lead People Partner for Product & Engineering and Sales, Marketing, & International. Before her time at Pinterest, Kristen was the Director of Human Resources at AppDirect and Senior HR Business Partner at Silver Spring Networks. She also has experience in talent development, having worked as an MBA Intern for Organization & Talent Development at Levi Strauss & Co. and as an MBA Summer Intern for Learning & Development at The Capital Group Companies. In addition, Kristen has a wealth of experience in research and analytics from her time as a Research Manager & Core Research Training Instructor at The Corporate Executive Board. She is a versatile and skilled professional who is able to balance strategic vision with tactical requirements in order to achieve business results.
