With a background managing global organizations of over 60 people and revenues in excess of $5 million on strategic alliances with Fortune 50 enterprise clients, Noreen has made a name for himself in business project management. He is a proactive and innovative leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a talent for rescuing troubled projects. His specialties include enterprise project/program management, strategic outsourcing contract governance, troubled project recovery, account management, sales promotion, and sales systems automation.
