Educationally, Romain has a rich academic background, including studies at Case Western University for the Alcoa EPS Global Leadership Program, Centrale Paris for Diplôme d'ingénieur, Ecole Centrale Paris for an Engineering degree, and INSEAD for an MBA.

His professional journey includes roles such as Business Development Manager, General Manager, Marketing Manager, and Plant Manager at Alcoa and Alcoa Howmet. Additionally, Romain has experience as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Lear Corporation, as well as holding various positions at Faurecia and Marine Nationale.
