Rom Altstock

Rom Altstock is an autodidact and innovative thinker with a wealth of experience in the Medical Device and BioTech industry. Having held various key positions like Unit Manager, VP Operations, VP R&D, and Lab Director, Rom excels in project leadership, development processes, verification, validation, and regulatory submissions.

With a keen focus on optimizing processes, Rom stays updated on the latest technologies and implements them effectively to enhance the organization's performance. Known for promoting collaboration and team building, Rom believes in mentoring team members to help them grow both individually and collectively.

Rom Altstock pursued education at Sivan College and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) from Tel Aviv University.

Throughout his career, Rom Altstock has contributed to various organizations, serving as the Research Technology & Verification Unit Manager at Medinol, VP Operations at Syntezza Molecular Detection, VP R&D at Glycominds, Consultant for image analysis and algorithms at FBIT LTD, and Laboratory Director at the National Center for High Throughput Screening of Novel Bioactive Compounds.
