Behraam Baqai

Behraam Baqai is a Biomedical Engineer with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Southern California.

Currently, he works as a Senior R&D Engineer at Medtronic Neurovascular in Irvine, CA, with prior experience as a Senior R&D Project Engineer at Inari Medical.

Behraam is skilled in neurovascular engineering and the medical device industry. He holds a Medtronic DRM Green Belt Certification and is focused on creating impactful medical devices that improve people's lives.

His expertise includes DVT/DVVT, Design Verification, Design Validation, Design Characterization, and Process Validation. He is adept at Root Cause Investigation (RCI) and works with materials like Nitinol, Platinum, and Stainless Steel.

Behraam's technical skills extend to software applications such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Excel, and others, with a willingness to learn new programs as needed.
