Rolando Saldana is an innovative technical leader with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex technologies with budgets ranging from $500K-$60M.

He is a results-driven technology leader with a background in leading large engineering organizations, focusing on developing Data Centric, 4G/5G wireless communications systems, and edge-device cyber security solutions impacting millions of end-users.

Rolando Saldana is the recipient of the Qualcomm QCT Upendra Patel Achievement Award for his outstanding contributions in developing the industry's first single-chip Code-Division Multiple Access (CDMA) solution.

He is a professional member of the California State University, Long Beach, College of Engineering Dean's Advisory Council.

Rolando Saldana holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from California State University-Long Beach.

He has held leadership positions as Vice President at Intel Corporation and VP Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
