Rohan Lawrence Menezes is a people-focused leader with over two decades of experience in customer service, technology, operations, and administration. He has held senior leadership positions at reputable organizations such as Bank of America, Credit Suisse, and Wipro BPS, where he was involved in strategy, operational excellence, and risk management. Rohan is passionate about leading from the heart, putting people first in always achieving the best organizational outcomes. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Science from St. Xavier's College and pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)- RECM, although he dropped out. Rohan previously held various positions, including Product Development, Software Development & Partnerships at Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd., Ivalua - Procure to Pay Strategy at BNP Paribas, and Technology and Operations at Bank of America. He was also the former Deputy Manager - Operations at Wipro and worked as a Project Manager - Technology at Y-Point Technologies, where he gained experience in advertising - account executive at Profad Advertising and Engineering - Automation Assistant at Lloyd Steel.
