Rohan Karunakaran

Rohan Karunakaran is an entrepreneurial-minded customer success leader with a wealth of experience in the tech industry. He studied Biochemistry and Statistics at McGill University and is a graduate of Upper Canada College's IB program. Rohan has been dedicated to creating wildly successful customers while working alongside high performing teams in various roles throughout his career. He is currently the Head of Customer Success, EMEA at Blueshift, where he previously served as Product & Customer Success. Before that, he co-founded ReFlex CRM and held positions at other prominent companies like Mixpanel, Optimizely, Nanigans, AdParlor, and Healthtech Consultants. Rohan is also passionate about education and served as an Educator/Mentor at the Ashraya Initiative for Children.
