His expertise includes college and career counseling, startups and small business consulting, entrepreneurship, and founding and directing multiple companies. Rogelio is well-versed in integrating individuals across education, internships, career plans, and professional development within organizations.

Rogelio Vaz obtained his Bachelor's degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. He furthered his studies in Economics and Political Science at Denison University and pursued an MBA at INCAE Business School.

Currently, Rogelio Vaz serves as the Director at ROGELIO VAZ counseling + consulting. Previously, he held the position of Vice President at Banco Delta / Leasing de Panama and served as the Head of Finance and Head of Express Distributors at Motta Internacional.
