Rockwell Gulassa is a recent graduate from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. During their time at Babson College, they focused on sustainability and design within a business and entrepreneurship framework. Their academic journey also included studying engineering at Franklin W. Olin College, international business at DIS Copenhagen, and completing high school senior studies at Laney College and Berkeley City College. Rockwell's academic pursuits culminated in a comprehensive thesis rooted in continental philosophy.
Rockwell possesses a unique skill set that includes expertise in business innovation, user-oriented collaborative design, and complex systems science, all geared towards fostering sustainability and social equity. They have honed their abilities as a fast learner and a valuable team player, attributes cultivated through project-based learning experiences during their education. Particularly fascinated by biomimicry and the circular economy, Rockwell aims to leverage these concepts for transformative societal impact.
Throughout their career, Rockwell Gulassa has held various roles in organizations dedicated to environmental and social causes. They have contributed as a Green-e Marketing and Compliance Associate at the Center for Resource Solutions, interned at the Alameda County Green Business Program, Cultivating Capital, and SoloSocks, and served as a Resident Assistant at Babson College. Additionally, Rockwell gained valuable experience as an intern in the Sustainability Office at Babson College, a canvasser for Clean Water Action, and a Sales Intern at ThoughtFull Toys Inc.
