Currently, Roc serves as a Partner & Sr. Consultant at Sunshine Executive Search, leveraging his experience to source top talent for clients.

Prior to his current role, Roc held positions as a Sr. Consultant and Consultant at Sunshine Executive Search, where he honed his skills in talent acquisition.

Before transitioning to executive search, Roc gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at CSUN, further enhancing his understanding of human resources and talent management.
