Robyn Charlwood is a passionate advocate for building relationships that benefit both people and the community at large.

As the co-founder of 'filantropia', a professional advisory firm focusing on independent philanthropy advice, Robyn specializes in values-centered explorations with clients to create strategic giving plans.

With a background in the health, arts, and corporate sectors, Robyn brings a wealth of diverse skills and experiences to her clients, helping organizations and philanthropists collaborate in a strategic and impactful manner.

During her tenure as the CEO of the Heart Foundation (Vic), Robyn transformed the organization into a recognized brand leader in the Australian public health landscape.

Transitioning to the financial services sector, Robyn served as a philanthropy strategist and relationship expert, where she co-created global philanthropy strategies, developed innovative digital giving tools, and crafted philanthropy strategies for high net worth clients in Asia and the Next Gen.

Robyn is an alumnus of the Williamson Community Leadership program, acts as Chair of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Not for Profit Committee, and serves as an Advisory Committee member of the Ashton Nixon Bequest.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), a Graduate Diploma of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in fine arts.
