Robin is also the creator of Implementation Hub, the world's first portal dedicated solely to strategy implementation, featuring over 600 resources. He is the co-founder of Ticking Clock Guys and the Strategy Implementation Institute.

Robin has developed innovative tools such as the Implementation Compass™, a proprietary framework for successful implementation, the IMPACT toolkit with a structured approach for implementing actions in 90 days.
