Robin Shartzer is an experienced RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) operations director with a demonstrated expertise of over 15 years in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, and team management. With a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships and best practices, she has managed multiple business lines and led client teams to streamline processes, align with clients' businesses, and optimize recruiting processes across various organizations. Robin's impressive skills in customer service, process improvement, confidentiality, decision-making, and project management make her an asset in every recruitment setting.

Aside from her excellent leadership skills, Robin's technical competencies in the use of Desktop software, Internet, and web-based applications, including Vurv, Kenexa, SAP, Taleo, and Hiredesk, are top-notch. She has a broad knowledge of the Recruiting process and has implemented change and process improvement successfully in several RPO and ATS implementations. Robin's specialties include electronic manufacturing recruiting, agricultural recruiting, and chemical recruiting; she has also sourced, cold-called, developed pipelines, and recruited start-up experience.

Robin Shartzer studied at the Ohio State University for an MA in leadership, specializing in higher education, and earned a bachelor's degree in counseling from the University of Louisville. Prior to Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, where she is now the RPO Operations Director, Robin worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Adecco Engineering and Technical, Talent Acquisition Consultant at Solectron Global Services/Flextronics, and a Corporate Recruiter at Ashland, Inc.
