Robin Headlee: Experienced C-Level Executive and Chairperson of the Women in International Trade Business Council

Robin Headlee is a highly accomplished C-level executive with over 25 years of experience driving profitable growth for businesses in the EdTech, media, entertainment, and digital sectors. He has held various leadership roles throughout his career, including CEO/Managing Director, COO, and Strategy and Business Development roles, where he has been instrumental in establishing new businesses, entering new geographies, and launching new products.

Headlee currently serves as the Chairperson of the Women in International Trade Business Council at the International Trade Council.23 In this role, he provides leadership and guidance to the council, which aims to support and empower women in the field of international trade.

Prior to his current role, Headlee worked as the Managing Director at Discovery Education International, where he successfully ran all sales and operations for the international business with direct P&L accountability.1 During his tenure, he realized three promotions, from VP to SVP to COO to Managing Director, in just 3-1/2 years.1

Headlee holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BSc in Business Administration from Miami University. He is known for his expertise in general management, P&L accountability, business development, strategic planning, digital disruption, and international expansion.
