Robin Gladman

Robin Gladman is an animation professional known for his blend of creative and business acumen. He has played a pivotal role in devising and executing Aardman's content strategy, particularly focusing on acquiring Third party IP in line with Aardman's values for further elaboration and distribution. Apart from this, he has been instrumental in spotting and nurturing emerging talent, aiding in the creation of new Aardman comedy IP, and fostering collaborations with major platforms like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Robin also contributes his expertise as a member of the BAFTA jury for preschool animation.

Robin Gladman pursued his education by studying Bachelor Of Arts in Design, Media Management at the University of West London and attending Aylesbury Vale School.

Currently, Robin Gladman holds the position of Senior Distribution & Acquisitions Manager at Aardman Animations. With his vast experience and industry knowledge, he has been an invaluable asset to the company's growth and development.
