Robert Tinajero
Assistant Professor of English at UNT-Dallas and former Director of Writing Studies at Paul Quinn College
Roberto Tinajero is an Assistant Professor of English at UNT-Dallas with a background in Rhetoric and Writing Studies, Race Critical Theory, and Hip Hop. He has also held positions as the former Director of Writing Studies and Associate Professor of English at Paul Quinn College in Dallas, TX. With roots in El Paso, TX, Roberto's teaching expertise spans across Creative Writing, Technical Writing, and American Literature. His published work includes a book of poetry titled Love Revolution, available on Amazon. Roberto's educational journey includes a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso, along with Master's degrees in Creative Writing and Religion/Religious Studies from University of Houston and Southern Methodist University, respectively, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Austin College.
