Beside providing the business with the HR support (Talent Management, Org. Design, TR, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning,Coaching for Leaders, ER/LR…), I’m responsible to design and implement a new HR model We have the ambition of redefining the way HR work and to create a new benckmark for the industry. Leader of the Regional HRLT, member of the Global HREC.
