Robert Mann is a staffing and recruiting professional who has made it his focus to add automation to marketing, onboarding, and general processes to agencies tech stacks. He consults with staffing leaders on Digital Transformation including Automation & AI, offers advice on improving candidates and customers experience with your brand, and creates or curates content relevant to marketing, operations, and positivity in the Staffing Industry. He has worked with over 250+ Staffing & Recruiting companies in the last two years and helps them understand how automation and AI fits into their daily lives.
Robert has studied BA in History at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, Business Administration and Management, General at New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has attended Union High School. He has worked in various organizations such as Great Recruiters, Able (formerly EmployStream), Herefish, Bullhorn, Ascendo Resources, Mint Physician Staffing, and Weatherby Healthcare. He has also been a wrestling coach at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School.
When Robert is not working, he learns to be a better sales & marketing professional, a coding language, and up to five foreign languages on Duolingo, currently including Spanish, German, Italian, French, and Portuguese. Outside of that, he still plays video games, watches/practices college wrestling, BJJ, yoga & pilates.
