Robert Hoekman

Robert Hoekman Jr is an American author, editor, and director of product design at CNN Politics. He is also known for his role as an instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies. Robert has a background in Creative Writing from the University of Pennsylvania and has also studied at Cornell University. With a diverse work history, he has held positions like Senior Innovation Strategist at Tangible UX, Process Innovation Director at Akamai Technologies, and Director of User Experience at Bloomfire. Previously, he has also contributed as a User Experience team lead at GoDaddy.com and as a product design & innovation leader, UX strategist, team builder, mentor, writer, editor, and author as an Independent Consultant. An individual with a penchant for questioning and delving deep, Robert Hoekman Jr is passionate about creating minimalist stochastic fragmented pointalist anti-plotted prosodic portraits. Currently residing on a farm in Virginia, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realms of design, writing, and education.
