Before establishing Organization Insight in 1998, Robert managed the Change and Team Leadership practice at the renowned Center for Creative Leadership and held various roles in human resources management, training, and organization development at Fortune 100 companies like AIG and Raytheon Corporation. Robert's educational background includes an MBA in Organization Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University.
