Robert Courtney

Robert Courtney is a globally-experienced and digitally savvy CEO, board member, and entrepreneur with a broad range of professional experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, real estate, retail, franchising, and food processing. With 30 years of experience, he has developed advanced cross-border executive and transactional skills and expertise in adapting to changing regulatory environments, leading multi-cultural teams in volatile economic and geopolitical conditions, market entry, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and turnarounds.

Courtney's education background includes a BA in Economics and Business administration from Vanderbilt University, an MBA in International Management and Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a JD in Law from Stetson University College of Law.

Throughout his career, Courtney has served on multiple US and international private, trade association, advisory, and non-profit boards, utilizing his comprehensive board committee experience. He has previously served as Director of North America at SCHNEIDER GROUP, President-Tampa Bay Chapter at Private Directors Association, and Chair, Advisory Council, USF Institute on Russia at the University of South Florida. He has served as a Guest Lecturer at several prestigious Universities worldwide and has also been a panelist in the US Department of Commerce Commercial Service Trade Talks.
