Robert Bell
Head of Research at Ascidian Therapeutics
Robert Bell is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. He studied History of Natural Sciences at Oxford University, pursued his PhD in Pathology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and holds a BS in Psychology/Biology from Saint Bonaventure University. Additionally, he underwent further education at the Aquinas Institute in New York, where he completed the New York State Regents program.
With a rich history of involvement in various prestigious organizations, Robert Bell currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Research at Ascidian Therapeutics. His previous roles include notable positions such as Associate Research Fellow in Gene Therapy within the Rare Disease Research Unit, Principal to Senior Principal Scientist in the Neuroscience Research Unit, and a Cardiovascular Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Rochester's Aab Cardiovascular Research Institute & Department of Medicine. Additionally, he has worked as a Research Assistant Professor at The University of Rochester Medical Center's Center for Neurodegenerative and Vascular Brain Disorder, and as an Associate Scientist at Socratech Research Labs LLC.
