Robert Ba-at is currently pursuing a HR Management certification at SDSU Global Campus and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, ABA Paralegal certification, and a BA in Journalism.
With over 20 years of customer service experience, more than seven years in Public Relations, and over four years in sales and Human Resources, Robert has demonstrated his adaptability and quick learning ability.
Currently working as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner of Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Payroll in the United States Virgin Islands, Robert has a diverse professional background including roles such as Public Relations Officer, Health Administrator, Human Resources Manager, and Office Manager.
His expertise spans various sectors including government, healthcare, legal, entertainment, and hospitality, where he has excelled in tasks ranging from hiring, public relations, and project management to conflict resolution, event planning, and talent recruitment.
Robert's educational journey includes studying Organizational Leadership, Paralegal studies, Journalism, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from renowned universities like Chapman University, University of San Diego, San Diego State University, and Alliant International University.
In addition to his current position, Robert has held roles in well-known organizations such as Hertz, ConneXion Partnerships, and Women Striving For Success Inc, showcasing his expertise in management, executive assistance, and leadership.
His contributions extend to community involvement and religious affiliations, as seen in his roles as an Executive Board Member at Hebrew Congregation of St. Thomas and various internship positions that have shaped his professional journey.
