    Robbye Kinkade is an accomplished individual with a wealth of experience in the field of public health education and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training.

    As the Director of the 'R.E.D.I.' implicit bias curriculum at Stony Brook University (SBU), Robbye has developed, managed, and coordinated DEI initiatives for administrators, faculty, and staff, collaborating with various departments and organizations within the university.

    With over 20 years of experience, Robbye has conducted DEI training in a variety of settings including K-12 schools, higher education institutions, adolescents, community-based organizations, and government agencies like the New York State Department of Health, Health Resources and Service Administration, and the Center for Disease Control.

    Her training expertise includes areas such as Cultural Consciousness, HIV/AIDS, STDs, and Intimate Partner Violence, with a focus on creating 'brave spaces' during DEI sessions to enhance participant engagement.

    Currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at the State University of New York's Downstate Medical College School of Public Health, Robbye also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at SBU, where she imparts her knowledge and experience to the next generation of public health professionals.

    In addition to her role at SBU, Robbye is the Founder and CEO of Kinkade Consulting, LLC, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to driving positive change through consultancy services.

    Her DEI affiliations with organizations such as Erase Racism, Center for Social Justice and Human Understanding, NAACP, and NADOHE showcase her dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in various spheres of society.
