Rob van der Kruijs

Rob van der Kruijs is a highly educated and accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics, recruitment, and human resources. He has a postmaster's degree in Business Analytics and Data Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University.

Rob has held various roles in ING, including People Analytics Consultant, Analytics Consultant, and Team Lead in the Resourcing and Recruitment departments. In these roles, he has demonstrated his expertise in using data to drive business decisions and improve recruitment processes. Prior to joining ING, he also worked as an HR Portal employee for Rabobank and interned at the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling.
