• Parallelized order book handling to allow for faster performance and improved parallelization, improving  order times from 10’s of milliseconds to 1 millisecond 
• Implemented real-time prices and orders intake for eSpeed, MX, iSwap, Brokertec, and Dealerweb - allowing for price publishing fewer than 50 microseconds and order processing under a millisecond • Mentoring and teaching developers for design, code, testability, and release quality 
• Reworked the core trading library to implement changing of prices, with dynamic strategies based on  market, security type, and risk tolerance across the trading platform 
• Created an internal model for how to work with Interest Rate Swaps across 15 exchanges and handle all  the Dodd-Frank SEF regulations
