    With over a decade of experience in the Defence Force Physical Training Instructor stream, Rob has played a crucial role in designing, developing, instructing, and auditing physical training programs for military personnel both locally and internationally.

    Transitioning from a PTI to a military physiotherapist after completing his master's degree, Rob focused on clinical rehabilitation of defense members and project management of physical conditioning reviews.

    Having served as the Human Performance Officer for prestigious institutions such as the Royal Military College and Special Operations units, Rob's expertise is highly sought after in optimizing human performance across various domains.

    Since 2012, Rob has been an integral part of the team at Bond University, leading the Tactical Research Unit (TRU) and conducting cutting-edge research in physical conditioning and injury prevention for military and protective services personnel.

    His doctoral research on tactical load carriage reflects his commitment to enhancing soldier and tactical police mobility and lethality while minimizing injuries associated with carrying heavy loads.

    In addition to his academic pursuits, Rob also serves in the Army Reserve as a Human Performance Officer and is the editor for the NSCA TSAC Report, showcasing his dedication to knowledge sharing and advancement in the field of human performance.
