Leonard Pijpaert

Leonard Pijpaert is a professional with a diverse background in turnaround management, revenue growth, process improvement, corporate restructuring, performance measurement & compensation, and organizational architecture.

He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Drucker School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, he studied at Long Beach Poly.

Leonard has gained valuable experience in various organizations, including holding the position of President at Smith Fasteners, President I COO at AdGenomics, Senior Product Manager - Marketing, Program Manager, and JOLP at GE. He also served as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve and the US Army.

His educational background and extensive experience in leadership roles in both the corporate and military sectors have equipped him with the skills needed to excel in turnaround management, revenue growth, process improvement, corporate restructuring, and organizational architecture.
