Rob Bergstrom has over 28 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry specializing in radio repeater site installation, communications tower construction, and solar power systems design and installation.

He has a background in Telecom from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and has worked in various roles including Technologist 5 at Alberta Agriculture & Forestry, Contractor at Alberta Agriculture & Forestry, Senior Technologist at Telesat, Central Office Switchman at TELUS, and Network Engineer at Vancouver Stock Exchange.

His expertise includes project management, RF transmitters, video compression encoders, voice networks, data networks, and satellite IP networks. He also has experience operating a satellite teleport facility for video broadcast and satellite tracking, telemetry, and command systems as well as testing and operating satellite tracking stations worldwide providing Launch & Early Orbit Phase and Transfer Orbit services.
