management, team financial management, and project staffing.
• Primary liaison between business leaders and contingent workforce suppliers. Set
program KPIs, manage policies and procedures, and serve as escalation point of
contact for all issues.
• Lead resource staffing of Cybersecurity by ensuring efficient levels of workforce and
adherence to financial requirements and goals to maximize profitability. Fuse team
resource / financial / allocation data from multiple systems and drive strategy for
capacity alignment vs. demand across 100’s of projects.
• Grow and maintain cooperative relationships with multiple contingent workforce
vendors. Create, plan, and execute innovative staffing solutions to maintain positive

• Meet with vendor VPs weekly to discuss team effectiveness. Align on team performance, improvement plans, and process remodels. 
• As most Sr. PM, set multiple standards across entire Supply Chain Solutions group. 
• Created Executive read file highlighting project standings, risks and budget status on 10 active projects/$100M. 
• Trained 9 PMS to recover projects that have cost/time overruns by creating standard “how to” guide focused on redefining requirements, setting stakeholder expectations & identifying remaining requirements.

Only PM for 150-person digital media team. Ensure top-level goals are met by managing Development and Design teams, coordinating with vendors, analyzing customer data, and working in tandem with Sales.
•	Managed numerous medium to large scale implementations consisting of: 
          •	      Programmatic Advertising: implemented across all properties. Managed developers to customize code, worked with Finance to recognize revenue and lead Design team to correctly display the ads leading to successful implementation and 55% increase in revenue. 
          •	      Google Analytics: migrated stand alone systems from Fans 1st Media to under CMG umbrella. Worked with CMG teams and developers to synchronize taxonomy logic and data retrieval ensuring 100% successful integration.
          •	      Content Management System: led classification and archiving of 10k+ video library, streamlining in-depth analysis and re-circulation of previously successful content for additional views.

• Appointed by Intelligence Leader to sell new asset communication infrastructure to 10,000 personnel partner work center.  Conducted formal presentation to executive leaders, highlighting advanced technical capabilities of more expensive asset replacement. Created tailored training plan for implementation.

• Co-authored ArcGis Microsoft Access based imagery-plotting tool; created product vision, defined requirements, met with developers, and ensured timely implementation; product resulted in increased time savings of 50% by dramatically reducing redundant typing and data entry submission.

• Appointed as primary trainer for all deploying personnel; created robust tactical course incorporating Google Earth exploitation with UAV fundamentals-- prepared 800+ personnel to work directly with senior level customers and provide guidance resulting in life or death decisions.

• Utilized Imagery Exploitation Support System to analyze over 7,500 Satellite images; identified 176 enemy foreign weapon system upgrades that increased threat awareness and enabled immediate counterstrategies.

• Handpicked to pioneer new space mission; managed 30% of the requirements, and produced 307 imagery intelligence reports—65% increase in office reporting.

• Controlled and utilized imagery production assets valued at over $250K, populated imagery database with over 2,500 notations—70% above office average.

Satellite Imagery Analyst

• Responsible for managing operational goals and customer promotional activities for multi-million dollar store. Developed customer selling strategies and acted as the POC on all CPG and durable goods. Met daily with four-person team to develop customer engagement skills, and ensure company standards were met. This resulted in exceeded revenue goals and minimal turnover.
