Arpan Mehta

Arpan Mehta is a seasoned Release Train Engineer, Programme Lead, Agile Delivery Lead, and Certified Scrum Master with over 12 years of experience in leading large Agile and Waterfall teams across Telecoms, Logistics, and Retail sectors. He has extensive experience in managing the delivery of Digital, Infrastructure, POS, and network-based projects within SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks.

Arpan has a strong background in leading Agile Release Trains (ART) comprised of 100 people, managing multiple squads/ teams, and mentoring junior Scrum Masters and Project Managers in achieving performance breakthroughs through 'Inside-Out Development'.
