Officer, Programs at Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC)

Ritika Anil is an Electronics and Communication Engineer who was part of the 2019 cohort of YLAC's Policy in Action Program. She has a background in RPA (UiPath) and previously worked as a Sales Associate at Goobes Book Republic in Bangalore. Ritika is passionate about re-imagining education and has a strong interest in policy initiatives in India's educational landscape, aiming to contribute to creating more effective learning systems. She has a Bachelor of Technology degree from VIT University and a strong academic background in Science, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Believers Church Residential School in Kerala.

Ritika Anil is currently focused on pursuing Data Science with R through an E-Learning platform, DataCamp. Her professional experience includes roles as an Officer, Associate, Co-mentor, and Consultant at YLAC, where she was actively engaged in promoting active citizenship. Ritika's drive to understand and improve education systems has led her to undertake courses and engage with organizations, think tanks, and NGOs to conduct research and analysis in the field of education.
