Ryan Burge, D.Eng.

Ryan Burge, D.Eng. is the Managing Partner at The Boulevard Consulting Group, a Native American-owned (Cherokee - Osiyo!) SBA 8(a) analytics consulting firm headquartered in Arlington, Virginia.1 He has held this position since February 2013.1

As Managing Partner, Dr. Burge manages the daily execution of client delivery to an array of private sector and government clients.1 He is focused on the effective and efficient delivery of analytical services spanning data science (AI, machine learning, deep learning), cloud integration/implementations, cyber analytics, operations and supply chain management, organizational change/transformation, strategy and risk.1 Dr. Burge develops analytical methodologies and capabilities in solving some of the most challenging financial and operational problems faced by business and government leaders.1

With experience consulting for various military services, civil organizations and private companies, Dr. Burge has solidified himself as a leader in analytical consulting, while continuing to socialize his methods through various books and article publications.1 He is also an Adjunct Professor and Doctoral Research Advisor at The George Washington University's School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) since August 2023.1

Prior to co-founding The Boulevard Consulting Group, Dr. Burge worked as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2008 to February 2013.1 He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, an M.S. in Engineering Management from the George Washington University (GWU), an M.B.A. and M.A. in Government at the Johns Hopkins University, and a D.Eng. in Engineering Management from GWU.1
