Rita Aoki
Rita Florial is an accomplished product manager with a computer science background. Florial boasts a 3.79 GPA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also served as a peer instructor for an introduction to artificial intelligence course. Florial has also interned at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and worked as a software developer for slavefreetrade. After finishing up a summer technology analyst internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Florial founded note-taking app Notetress, which she later sold. Later, she became a part of the inaugural startup accelerator cohort and received $100,000 in funding before having a business idea to pitch. In addition to growing the product waitlist to over 5,000 sign-ups within just three months, Florial had the opportunity to pitch to over 200 investors. Now a full-time product manager for Microsoft, Florial works on driving key features for a product with over one million daily active users. She was even trusted with developing an enterprise feature that was part of a $300M contingent contract while working as an intern at Microsoft. Florial is a talented speaker and has participated in numerous speaking engagements including those relating to women in leadership. She has also listed on her resume a number of organizations she's involved with including Spring Reign and Full Reign.
