Ridha Chilmeran

Ridha Chilmeran is a seasoned political staffer with a diverse background in various political roles.

Currently, he serves as the Manager to AIAC and the Honourable Jean Charest, championing #Vision2025 from 2018 to the present.

His past experiences include being a Senior Advisor to members of the Ontario cabinet from 2014 to 2018 and Co-Campaign Manager for both provincial and federal candidates in 2015 and 2018.

Ridha is known for his vibrant presence in groups, often identified by his infectious laughter. He excels in building and navigating networks, driven by a deep-rooted passion for economic empowerment.

In terms of education, Ridha pursued a Master of Arts in Business Economics as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Brock University.

He has held key positions in notable organizations like the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC), where he initially served as the Manager of Special Projects before assuming the role of Manager, Government Relations & Operations.

Ridha's previous roles also include significant positions such as Senior Policy & Operations Advisor in the Office of the Minister of Citizenship & Immigration and Stakeholder Relations in the Office of the Minister of Municipal Affairs & Housing, both within the Ontario Government.
