Rick Williams is a business development manager at Q2 Solutions, where he helps hospitals and healthcare systems find the personal protective equipment (PPE) they need during challenging times. Rick has a wealth of experience in sales and account management, having worked as a Lead Account Strategist at Lead Cookie, the Director of Client Strategy at the same company, and as the United States Campaign Manager at RetailTribe.
Before working in sales, Rick had a career in golf - he was a PGA Head Golf Professional at Bucks County Country Club, where he honed his customer service skills. He then transitioned to the medical industry and worked as a National Account Executive at Stryker Corp/Physiotherapy Associates and as a Territory Manager/Professional Division (DPD) at Dentsply North America.
Rick studied BS, RPM/Tourism & Marketing at Penn State University and has a passion for developing outbound sales systems that are sustainable, predictable, and deliver results for clients. Along with his work at Q2, Rick helps businesses grow with Lead Cookie's in-house research team, account strategists, and success managers.
